Its organs, structure and tasks are defined by the Museum Foundation Act and the foundation&#8217;s statutes. The organs of the foundation are the Executive Board and the Foundation Council.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"block block-copy\">\n\t<div class=\"container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-7 col-md-offset-5\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"copy\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin is the sole shareholder of Stadtmuseum Berlin GmbH, the service company of the Stadtmuseum Berlin. It also brings together several independent and dependent foundations under its roof.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"block block-copy block-no-margin\">\n\t<div class=\"container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-7\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"copy\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Stadtmuseum Berlin employs a total of around 300 people, including almost 200 at the foundation alone, who work at the six museum locations, in administration or in the museum&#8217;s depots.
