Kulturh\u00e4user\u00a0 wurden als Erziehungsinstitute einer neuen Lebensweise und als Raum zur Herausbildung \u201esozialistischer Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten\u201c gesehen. Die Logik der Kulturhaus-Idee erzwang die demokratische \u00d6ffnung der Hochkultur mit dem Anspruch, den allseitig gebildeten \u201eneuen Menschen\u201c zu formen.
