Museum Sunday at the Museum Ephraim-Palais

Museum Ephraim-Palais
The history of the Ephraim-Palais is linked to its namesake, Veitel Heine Ephraim. The building was erected between 1762 and 1769. It was reconstructed in the 1980s. It is located on the corner of Poststraße and Mühlendamm in Berlin-Mitte.

Discover the BerlinZEIT! On the 1st and 2nd floors of the Ephraim-Palais Museum, it offers an entertaining discovery tour through the centuries and at the same time a comprehensive overview of the sometimes revolutionary events in this city. The exhibition can be experienced with all the senses. Feel medieval fabrics, smell your way back to 1740, see the original padlock from the Brandenburg Gate and listen to interviews with people who shaped Berlin at the time of reunification.

And that’s not all that awaits you on this museum Sunday! A family tour through the exhibition offers fun for young and old. The Schlütersaal will be transformed into a colourful reading stage, and on the 3rd floor the special photographic presentation Berlin im Blick will show current, personal perspectives on the city.
