After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Stadtmuseum Berlin, in collaboration with the Ukrainian art mediator Valeria Schiller, commissioned ten Ukrainian artists to create artworks in the wake of the events. Valeria Schiller selected the artists and curated the special show now on display at the Museum Ephraim-Palais.
The artistic works were completed around the turn of the year 2022/23 and deal with the theme of homeland. All the artists previously lived in Ukraine and now live in different places.
